David Oyelowo To Lead The Cast Of Bill Clinton’s Book Adaptation

Selma star David Oyelowo will front the TELEVISION series adaptation of previous U.S. leader Bill Clinton’s bestseller The President Is Missing.

Showtime employers have picked up the task, based upon Clinton’s book with James Patterson, and now Oyelowo has signed on to star and executive produce, along with the ex-president and the thriller author.

Oyelowo will depict a helpless vice president who unexpectedly becomes the president.

” David brings such massive depth, level of sensitivity and power to every function he plays,” Gary Levine, the president of home entertainment at Showtime Networks informs Due date. “Having him as our lead ensures that our series will have the exciting thriller of a political thriller along with the juicy intricacy of a character drama.”
