Rihanna Speaks Out On Trump, Bigotry And Gun Violence


Rihanna opened up about her ideas on President Donald Trump, saying in a Style interview released today that she believes he’s the “most psychologically ill human remaining in America today.”

On Wednesday, the style magazine released an interview with the musician and appeal mogul where she was candid about her political beliefs and distaste for the president.

Rihanna said it’s “devastating” to live in a country with back-to-back shootings, noting the mass shootings that took place within one day of each other in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio.

” People are being killed by war weapons that they lawfully purchase. This is simply not regular. That ought to never ever, ever be normal. And the fact that it’s categorized as something various because of the color of their skin? It’s a slap in the face. It’s totally racist,” said the 31-year-old.

” Put an Arab male with that very same weapon because same Walmart and there is no way that Trump would sit there and resolve it openly as a psychological health problem,” she said. “The most psychologically ill human being in America today appears to be the president.”

The native Barbadian talked about being an immigrant in America today, informing the publication that she doesn’t even understand what to state to young immigrants maturing in this time.

“What do you state? What can you state? It’s gon na improve? I practically feel sick to my stomach. I do not even believe this is happening in reality. In front of my eyes. In front of the world. It’s not even hidden. This is blatant,” she stated.

The singer also validated to the publication that she did turn down the opportunity to perform in the 2019 Super Bowl halftime program in uniformity with former NFL gamer Colin Kaepernick.

“I could not dare do that. For what? Who gains from that? Not my individuals. I just could not be a sellout. I could not be an enabler. There’s things within that company that I do not concur with at all, and I was not about to go and be of service to them in any way,” she said of the circumstance.
