Police officers release image of suspects who assaulted woman on Upper West Side

-

Police have actually launched surveillance images of two suspects wanted in an attack that left a lady on the Upper West Side with a fractured face.

The victim, 57, was walking on a walkway shrouded in building scaffolding on 68th St. and Amsterdam Ave. around 10:30 p.m. Thursday when two hooded-men approached her from behind, polices said.

The security video shows one suspect smacking her on the side of the head prior to running away, triggering her to collapse.

The second suspect then violently drags the woman out of view, video programs.

The perps attempted to take her purse, but stopped working, cops stated.

The female was taken to an area hospital where she was dealt with for fractured bones on her face.
