Chaka Khan won’t be collaborating with any woman after Ariana Grande.
In an interview with VladTv, Khan opted for a certain expletive when asked if she would collaborate with Grande.
“F*** her,” she said in the interview.
No, that doesn’t mean the 10-times-Grammy winner hates the Victorious star. Khan praised the 7 Rings singer’s independence.
“She’s alright. She’s good on her own. She doesn’t need – plus, I don’t wanna sing with another woman. I ain’t got nothing to say, OK, with a woman.”
Yvette Marie Stevens is the 67-year-old musician’s real name. She added:
“You say it by yourself. We ain’t gonna talk about no man. We not gonna do none of that stuff. It’s not happening.”
Concluding to the interviewer Luenell, Chaka said: “I’m not gonna do no song with no heifer.”
Ariana Grande and Chaka Khan collaborated for Charlie’s Angels (2019) track, Nobody.
On Wednesday, Grande announced her latest album will drop by the end of the month. The Rain On Me songstress wrote on her social media platforms: “I can’t wait to give u my album this month.”

Last year, her album Thank u, next in February 2019.
It went double platinum as it became the second-best performing album in the county.
The album got nominated for 2 Grammys: Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album. But Ariana Grande went empty handed even after 5 nominations.
The singer revealed that the album was written during her personal struggles. She had split from ex-fiancée Pete Davidson. After which, her ex-boyfriend, Mac Miller passed away. He died a month after her 2018 ‘Sweetener’ album was released.
Both the relationships were covered publicly. Since then, Grande moved on to a private relationship with luxury real estate agent, Dalton Gomez, 27.
