21 suspects connected to white supremacist gangs in Utah were arrested for supposedly pitching methamphetamine and other drugs in the state, federal district attorneys announced Friday.
The group– 21 gang members and their partners– are implicated of dealing throughout Salt Lake City and the close-by city of Ogden, Utah’s United States Attorney’s office stated in a release.
The gang members apprehended were linked to either the Soldiers of Aryan Culture, Silent Aryan Warriors and Noble Elect Thugs, district attorneys said.
District attorneys said much of those apprehended have for years been taking part in criminal activity throughout Utah.
Federal and local authorities started investigating the alleged group in June 2019.
During the probe, detectives bought 1.65 pounds of meth and recovered 15 guns, authorities stated.
The suspects are facing weapons possession and drug charges.
