While, John Legend delivered a heartfelt tribute to his wife. He performed at 2020 Billboard Music Awards. His performance of ‘Never Break’ was dedicated to Teigen.
The pair have two children together: 4-year-old Luna and 2-year-old Miles.
After the performance, he wrote a powerful message for his wife of 7 years.
“We’ve experienced the highest highs and lowest lows together. Watching you carry our children has been so moving and humbling. I’m in awe of the strength you’ve shown through the most challenging moments.”
The 41-year old singer added: “What an awesome gift it is to be able to bring life into the world. We’ve experienced the miracle, the power and joy of this gift, and now we’ve deeply felt its inherent fragility.”
Chrissy Teigen and Legend have been open about the tragedy on social media. She was rushed to the hospital due to pregnancy complications which led to the miscarriage.
The model chose to spend some time away from social media. But she returned on October 10th.
